Upcycle

Upcycling is mainstream TV these days, although perhaps not as mainstream as the joy that is The Repair Shop. It is amazing what that programme has done for restoration, and the well-being of the nation during the Covid Lockdowns.

We love upcycling. There is something incredibly pleasing about taking a tired, old and broken item and reinventing it into something useful relevant and, in several cases, downright funky! In the Stories pages there are one or two that relate to funky or stylish upcycling projects we have taken on. The Standard Lamp is particularly funky. Helen was on fire that day! We are very happy to chat about ideas for something you already own, or alternatively if you have an idea of what you need, we can source the basic item and then create magic! We also sometimes buy stuff, sprinkle magic dust and put them up for sale on the ‘For Sale’ page.
